A little clarity up front makes the first conversation more useful. Here is how our Winnipeg landscape design-build process usually works.

What happens after I contact Inspired Landscapes?
We start by gathering the basics: the project address, a site plan if you have one, photos, and what you are hoping to change. Once we understand the general scope, we arrange an on-site meeting to walk the property with you.
What happens during the on-site meeting?
We walk the property together and listen to how you want to use the space, the style you are after, how familiar you are with plants, and how much maintenance you want. We also talk through priorities, site conditions and an approximate project budget.
Will I know roughly what the project may cost before paying for design?
Generally, yes. After seeing the site and understanding the scope, we give you a realistic ballpark project range. That lets both sides confirm the scale of the project and whether the expected investment is comfortable before detailed design begins.
Do you charge for landscape design?
Yes. Once the scope and ballpark budget make sense, we can move forward with a paid landscape plan. A 2D plan is the more economical option, while 3D design provides a more detailed visualization of the proposed landscape.
Do you provide landscape design without construction?
Our design process is primarily intended for landscapes that Inspired Landscapes will build. Keeping design and construction together lets us plan around real site conditions, materials, construction requirements and budget from the beginning.
What types of landscaping projects do you take on?
We design and build complete residential landscapes, new yards and existing-yard transformations, including paving stone patios and walkways, retaining walls, trees, planting, sod and outdoor living spaces throughout Winnipeg and surrounding communities.
